As being known by charcoal users throughout the world, “Sawdust briquette and Sawdust Charcoal” is being recognized as one of the best charcoals among all types of charcoal present in the market. Benefiting from the production process, no additive is required for sawdust briquette and sawdust charcoal briquette making. It is thus, safe-to-use, better for grilling purpose and environmental-friendly. This machine can also be used for making briquette from other biomasses such as Rice husk, palm & coconut fiber or other biomass materials too.

Sawdust and biomass briquette making process is divided into 3 parts; sieving and conveying of sawdust to the dryer, extruding dried sawdust at high pressure and temperature by extruder, and sending to charring process. The machine design for sawdust extrusion is important as it is a major factor which decides the quality of final charcoal quality.

Extruder TS-01

Our charcoal briquette making extruder is specially designed to maximize the production capacity of charcoal briquette. The case and parts of the extruder are made from high-strength steel. The material for the shaft and pulley system is specially selected to suit the high-torque and high-pressure system.

TS-01 is made from good quality material, parts, instrument, motor (only reputed Germany or Japanese brands). Spare-parts are available and always supplied together with the machine.

Crusher TS-02 and Shredder

This high power crusher has been designed for industrial use. The default capacity of this crusher can be adjusted to match with downstream equipment. The TS-02 crusher is made from special selected high-strength steel which is durable and suitable to use with 3-phase or single phase motor. Different HP and size of crusher are selected so that the production capacity of this crusher can be as high as 10-50 Metric Ton per day, which is enough to supply for 2-10 extruders at a time.

TS-02 is designed to crush the charcoal into suitable and optimum size for obtaining best quality charcoal briquette (high density, long and stable fire, better sticking and strengh of briquette.

This TS-03 mixer works as a mixer, blender and dispenser for the biomass, coal, charcoal or dust powder and grains to mix with natural binders, such as starch, flour, mollasses or else with water. This mixer is designed to match with typical dust size and characteristics to reach the optimum mixing capacity before automatic feeding to the extrusion unit.
